Installation planning

Coordinate the battery cabinets, PCS and high-voltage protection.

Cabinet voltage, PCS operating range, isolation, emergency shutdown, cable routing and commissioning responsibilities must be designed as one system. Include the equipment model and installation drawing with your inquiry.

Models, ratings and practical differences

The catalogue separates a 240V/384V cabinet group from a 480V platform with an adjustable rated voltage listed at 512V. Energy spans 24–76.8kWh in the 240V/384V group and 48/51.2–144/153.6kWh in single-cluster 480V models. These are system components, not standalone appliances: the PCS or inverter, HV protection, controls, emergency shutdown, installation and acceptance test boundary must be defined together.

How to choose

Start with the load, charger and available space.

Send the information you already have. We can narrow the model list and point out what still needs to be checked.

01

Begin with the PCS DC window

Select nominal and operating voltage from the actual PCS or inverter range, not from a preferred cabinet size.

02

Size current and energy separately

Ah and kWh define stored energy; charge and discharge current define power and cable or protection requirements.

03

Define the safety boundary

HV isolation, disconnects, pre-charge, emergency shutdown, grounding, fire strategy and commissioning need named responsibility.

Typical applications

Where buyers use this battery family

Tell us about the equipment and duty cycle. We will help check whether this series is a practical fit.

01

Industrial ESS

Peak management, renewable integration or resilience projects with a defined load profile and PCS.

02

Microgrid

Coordinate batteries with PV, generators, grid connection, EMS and operating modes.

03

Facility backup

Define critical loads, transfer sequence, runtime, redundancy and restart behaviour.

Product FAQ

Questions buyers ask before ordering

We will confirm current availability, documents and commercial terms for the exact model you select.

Should I choose 240V, 384V or 480/512V?+

Choose from the PCS DC operating range, target power, system architecture and protection design. Nominal voltage alone is not enough.

What is the largest single-cluster model shown?+

CLFP480-300-H is listed at 300Ah and 144/153.6kWh, using two 600 × 1000 × 2000mm cabinet sections.

Are the cycle-life conditions the same across all models?+

The catalogue lists 3,500 cycles at 25°C, 1C/1C and 80% DOD for 240/384V, and 3,000 cycles at the same stated basis for the 480V family.

Which communication interfaces are listed?+

The 240/384V family lists RS232, RS485 and CAN; the 480V family lists RS485 and CAN.

Can this page be used as a final system specification?+

No. It is a catalogue comparison. Final design requires current model documents, PCS compatibility, protection design, site review and commissioning scope.
