Installation planning

Plan access, inverter connection and service clearance.

A vertical battery must be reviewed together with the inverter, isolation equipment, cable route, floor loading and delivery path. Include the equipment model and installation drawing with your inquiry.

Models, ratings and practical differences

CLEP-51.2V280, CLEP-51.2V304 and CLEP-51.2V314 share a 1P16S architecture, 42–58.4V working range, 200A listed maximum charge and discharge current, CAN and RS485 communication, IP20 rating and 115kg catalogue weight. The main selection difference is energy—14.3, 15.5 or 16kWh—so inverter range, load current and installation access should be settled before capacity.

How to choose

Start with the load, charger and available space.

Send the information you already have. We can narrow the model list and point out what still needs to be checked.

01

Confirm inverter range

The inverter must accept the 42–58.4V working range and the agreed charge settings.

02

Separate energy from power

The three models differ mainly in Ah and kWh. Load current, BMS limits and cable design determine power capability.

03

Plan handling and access

At 115kg, delivery path, lifting, floor loading, terminal access and service clearance must be planned.

Typical applications

Where buyers use this battery family

Tell us about the equipment and duty cycle. We will help check whether this series is a practical fit.

01

Commercial backup

Review critical-load current, target runtime and transfer or inverter architecture.

02

Solar self-consumption

Use interval load and PV data to size energy instead of selecting the largest model by default.

03

Distributed ESS

Define parallel count, current sharing, communications, protection and commissioning responsibility.

Product FAQ

Questions buyers ask before ordering

We will confirm current availability, documents and commercial terms for the exact model you select.

What is the difference between the 280Ah, 304Ah and 314Ah models?+

The catalogue lists the same voltage, size, current limits and weight; rated energy increases from 14.3 to 15.5 and 16kWh.

Can additional packs be connected in parallel?+

The catalogue describes expansion up to 16 additional packs. Exact parallel architecture, firmware and current-sharing requirements must be confirmed.

Which communications are listed?+

CAN and RS485 are listed, with a smart BMS and Bluetooth described in the catalogue. Confirm exact inverter protocol support.

What operating temperatures are listed?+

Charge 0–40°C and discharge −20–40°C are listed for this family.

Is this an outdoor battery?+

The catalogue lists IP20, so the installation environment and enclosure protection must be reviewed accordingly.
