Battery sourcing and integration support with a visible supply boundary.

SES coordinates B2B product inquiries from an identified cell or catalogue product through module, custom-pack or system review. The exact manufacturer, assembly responsibility, available evidence and supply scope are confirmed for each project.

Supply and integration pathway

More than a product list: a route from an identified source to a reviewable battery project.

Industrial buyers rarely need a cell alone. They need a compatible module or pack, clear interfaces, repeatable configuration and a practical way to evaluate samples before scaling.

SES connects product selection, integration requirements, requested quality evidence and commercial supply in one discussion. This page describes the review pathway; it does not claim that every activity is performed in an SES-owned facility.

Four capability layers

Choose the level that matches your project.

Start with a cell, a module architecture or a complete pack requirement. Each level adds the controls needed for the next stage of integration.

01

Cell sourcing & screening

Product identity, format, documentation and agreed electrical checks are organized before cells enter a module or pack program.

  • ✓Model and lot traceability
  • ✓Visual and dimensional review
  • ✓Project-defined electrical screening
02

Module assembly

Cell arrangement, retention, interconnection, sensing and insulation are reviewed as one controlled module configuration.

  • ✓Series / parallel configuration
  • ✓Mechanical retention and insulation
  • ✓Voltage and temperature sensing
03

Custom pack integration

Modules, BMS, enclosure, harnesses, connectors and external interfaces are developed around the equipment requirement.

  • ✓BMS and protection strategy
  • ✓Enclosure and cable interfaces
  • ✓Application-specific configuration
04

Inspection & release

Project-defined inspections and functional checks create a clear basis for sample review and production release.

  • ✓Configuration verification
  • ✓Functional and interface checks
  • ✓Release documentation by scope

Integration in context

What buyers can request

A useful capability discussion should produce concrete next steps.

Depending on project stage and availability, the review can organize the material your engineering, sourcing and management teams need for a decision.

Manufacturing FAQ

Questions buyers ask before starting an OEM project.

Send the requirements you already know. We will help identify which technical and commercial details need to be confirmed next.

Can you support both cells and complete battery packs?+

Yes. Project discussions may begin at cell, module or custom battery-pack level. The appropriate route depends on the electrical requirements, mechanical envelope, interfaces, order volume and target application.

What information is needed to evaluate a custom battery project?+

Share the expected voltage range, continuous and peak load, temperature range, available space, connector or communication needs, estimated quantity, target market and project schedule. Early-stage requirements are acceptable; unknown items can be identified during review.

Can buyers request samples before production?+

Sample pathways can be discussed after the intended configuration, evaluation purpose, quantity, interfaces and commercial terms are defined.

What quality documents can be included?+

The document package is agreed by project and may include product specifications, configuration records, inspection criteria, functional-check summaries and other available supporting documents.

Do you support OEM and ODM projects?+

OEM and application-specific development can be reviewed for modules and packs. Feasibility depends on product scope, technical requirements, volume, compliance path and supply arrangement.

Are the manufacturing images actual factory records?+

The images on this page are clearly identified concept visuals used to explain the workflow. Project-specific factory, inspection or test evidence is handled separately where available and appropriate.
